Warranty Policies

WARRANTY CLAUSE

 

Due to all products offered by Printy being customized and manufactured according to specifications provided by the client, it is not possible to process cancellations or monetary refunds, whether total or partial.
Once the production process has begun, the order cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded, regardless of the reason.

In case of any non-conformity, manufacturing defect, or incident, the only solution offered by Printy will be the repair, adjustment, or replacement of the product, provided that the case complies with the previously established warranty policies and conditions.

The client acknowledges and accepts this condition at the time of making a purchase, making a payment, and/or confirming their order.

 

 

1. General Considerations

Under no circumstances will Printy collect products for warranty claims.

• The client is responsible for sending or bringing the product to our workshop for evaluation.
• Before making any shipment, the product must be previously evaluated by Printy's technical team to determine if the warranty applies at no cost or if an additional charge applies.
• Additional charges apply only when the damage is a consequence of mishandling, incorrect installation, or modifications made by the client or third parties.
• Printy does not make in-person visits for repairs. Technical advice is provided exclusively online or via video call.

 

2. Product Reception

It is mandatory to open and check the product on the same day of delivery, verifying that it arrived in good condition.

• The client has a maximum of 24 natural hours after delivery to report any anomaly.
• If the product is not checked within this period, the warranty will automatically become void.

 

3. Product Handling and Care

To maintain the warranty, the client must:

• Not manipulate LED strips or flexible neon LED.
• Not make electrical splices or internal alterations.
• Not expose the product to water, steam, humidity, extreme heat, or unspecified environmental conditions.
• Not install products designed for indoor use outdoors, unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Electrical Connection

• Products must only be connected to 12V power adapters.
• It is strictly prohibited to connect the product directly to 110V current.
• Do not use electrical extensions or outlets that exceed the electrical capacity of the sign.

Any damage caused by an incorrect connection voids the warranty.

 

 

5. Customer Responsibility

The client is responsible for:

• Sending the product with its original packaging or suitable packaging.
• Covering all shipping, transport, and return costs of the product.
• Following the technical recommendations provided by Printy for installation, use, and maintenance.

Transportation costs are not covered by the warranty.

 

6. Installation

• Printy does not perform installations higher than 3 meters without an additional cost for scaffolding or specialized equipment.
• The client must ensure an electrical connection point within a maximum of 2 meters from the mounting location.

7. Unauthorized Modifications

The warranty will be completely void if:

• The product is modified by the client or unauthorized persons.
• Cables, amperage, structure, design, or connections are altered.
• Modifications cause failures, LED burnout, or internal damage.

 

8. Scope and Exclusions of Warranty

The warranty DOES NOT cover:

• Differences in color tones or light intensity.
• Natural wear and tear of the product.
• Damage due to misuse, improper use, or incorrect handling.
• Damage due to electrical discharges or voltage variations.
• Accessories such as: Power adapters, Power supplies, Batteries, Controls.
